I really like the clean, modern design of the account user interface, and the visual overview on the main page upon initially logging in which states your billability, invoicing, time sheets, as well as reviews and approvals. The tools are all very user friendly in regards to tracking your time and expense management, billing and invoicing and project management. The time tracking can be customized to suit your industry. Invoicing features styles, adjustable rates and billing formats. There are many reports which can be customized and you can export to PDF and Excel spreadsheets. There are native apps available for iPhone and Android making it completely accessible from almost any device. It's based in the cloud so you can also access it from any device that you have an internet connection. And anything populated in Quickbooks can be pushed to the software which is a big time saver. It integrates with both Quickbooks Online and the regular Quickbooks software. There are roles and permissions as admin you can utilize for your team.

The time tracking like a bit more of a manual process than I'd like. While it's useful and customizable I believe there could be more automation present such as in other time tracking software currently available. Unless I am mistaken, I don't believe there is OCR scanning technology which allows you to scan receipts and upload them automatically. I also wish there more integrations possible so this could act as more of a central hub beyond the current purposes. Customer relationship management tools, project and task management tools, and others for example. All of these features would be a way to make this very good software into a great one.

There is no doubt this software is a big time saver compared to doing things the old fashioned, manual way. You could certainly bill more hours, optimize with more efficiency and productivity and increase your bottom line because of it. But there are features in other time tracking and expense softwares which make them standout even more in my opinion. Such as desktop screen capture and keylog tracking, GPS based time tracking, OCR scanning, offline caching and others. Though for people who use Quickbooks or Quickbooks Online there is no doubt this is a step in the right direction.
