What was the best part about using BigTime?

This is a professional product with QuickBooks integration that helps in the tax information of the company. Thus, giving us a tremendous change with the overall workflow progress. It also saves a lot of time because of its capability to generate reports automatically rather than the manual process that we were using before.

What would you change about your experience with BigTime?

I was having a little difficulty on following the guideline for the set-up of the software. But after that, it was all good and was able to follow on how to use it properly. Though I am I was surprised that some features of the software like adding employee expenses would be added to our bill

I would suggest for users to find a suitable product that will work efficiently with the accounting platform that your company has. Because it will make your life easier since you already know how the system will work for you. Also, ask and ask questions that concerns you about the product to their support who are really helpful.
