What was the best part about using BigContacts?

Whether it’s the implementation or usage, BIGContacts is probably the most uncomplicated tool we have worked with. It is easy to customize various modules of the tool. The customer support is delightfully responsive and prompt. Since it offers several third-party integrations, it is possible to handle all operations without leaving the platform.

What would you change about your experience with BigContacts?

We have had a pretty good experience with BIGContacts so far. However, one feature that they can improve upon is the easy deduplication of contact records.

BIGContacts is a hassle-free CRM that has made it easier for us to track customer interactions, activities, and preferences. The implementation was pretty smooth, and we have had a great experience with the support team so far. The training resources and help documents are quite helpful too.
