What was the best part about using BigContacts?

The software makes it easier for you to manage your contacts without dealing with complicated instructions. It is easy to use, suitable for those who wanted an easy-to-use type of software. You can also get a quick response from the support team if ever that you have questions regarding the features of the software.

What would you change about your experience with BigContacts?

There are instances that the contacts are duplicated when the clients change their email address. It is best that there is an easy way that will just update the information instead of creating a new contact. This might lead to confusion what email address does your client is currently using.
