What was the best part about using BigCommerce?
The interface is simple, it makes this software really easy to use. The team behind Bigcommerce is great, they provided a step by step guide and a setup wizard. Bigcommerce has an amazing search engine, it is fast and straightforward. Also, I love the built-in SEO functionality. The flexibility is good, you can design your page to fit your creative needs.
What would you change about your experience with BigCommerce?
It is not the most affordable solution out there. You have to pay extra for most of the essential design features. In the past, we had some issues with shipping. We couldn't set it up in a way our customer desired. Also, unlike some of its alternatives, Bigcommerce doesn't allow recurring billing.

Bigcommerce has intuitive built-in features to enable you to create and manage the successful store, and it also comes with built-in marketing options for your business. Bigcommerce is easy to use for everyone, you don't need to be tech savvy to design and manage your web shop. Whenever you feel stuck or you have an issue, there is users guide available, and also setup wizard and customer support team.On the bad side, you might be able to find some cheaper solution on the market. But in my opinion, it is definitely worth the money you will invest.
