Very open and communicative company. Their design and development was top of the line. They were always quick to respond to requests and went the extra mile.I'm very satisfied with the end result and get compliments on my site regularly. I thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone in need of good solid design. The content management console is great to work with, not to mention a lot of fun.

I had never been involved with a website build before. It was a frustrating experience initially for sure. I was told repeatedly everything was under control, and this is how the process works. So I'd say it was mostly a case of a perceived lack of communication at times. I was then told that they communicate only when its required- daily status updates are not applicable. However when the site took shape I de-stressed big time.

In my local market i had many firms to choose from. I actually received 4 different bids from different organizations. Two were pretty much out of my range and one was suspiciously low. Big Orange Planet's seemed relatively reasonable, and I liked what I saw in their online portfolio page. I'm glad i made what I feel was an excellent decision for my business needs.
