What was the best part about using bidcoz?

There are many things that I have liked about BidCoz Auction and fundraising platform including ease of installation process , detailed documentation and help, the support team availability, and the amazing user interface. I have found navigating BidCoz and finding advanced features easy tasks . The set up of BidCoz is quite simple and straightforward , with few clicks and verification the solution gets deployed and running .

What would you change about your experience with bidcoz?

BidCoz is only available for U.S. and Canadian nonprofits. There might be some glitchy experiences with the dashboard of BidCoz platform maybe due to some design problem or due to connectivity issues but data is never lost at least in our case. BidCoz auction software is working quite properly with very good results. We have not any serious data loss or downtime with BidCoz .

Overall Feedback

The customer service is very satisfactory with their responsiveness and knowledgeable team , everything is running very well. The technical support is always listening and taking reports into consideration . BidCoz auction software is priced fairly and I recommend implementing it for its features, ease of use, support service, and flexibility.
