I've tried a few conferencing softwares recently and wanted to include this version during my research. The download, registration and installation was seamless. It has a diverse collaborative feature set which allows you to utilize video conferencing, conference calling and messaging. The user interface is very user friendly and intuitive to learn and get using quickly. Not having to do anything as an end user to connect with a meeting via their web app is great. This is one of the features which differentiates this communication tool from others certainly. Though you can send invite links when connecting to a meeting invite as well. This all happens automatically with a link which can be personalized to suit your brand or project. It's available for Windows and Mac. And accessible on your laptop, desktop or any mobile device using Android and iOS which is great for remote communication. I certainly noticed the speed with which the software loads up and moves between pages and features. It integrates with Google Apps and there is a Google Chrome extension which is helpful. It also integrates with Outlook. There is a solid knowledge section their website with valuable content to help you along.

The pricing of their pro plan per user per month is slightly above the average during my research into several similar softwares. And there is a charge for calling in but it is very low. Otherwise, this is a terrific communications tool with more uses than others in the market without anything negative so far worth mentioning at all.

There are quite a lot of details not mentioned above but suffice it to say this is certainly a professional, comprehensive collaboration and communications tool. And there is a free forever plan as well which is considerably limited but does provide a lot of basic functionality to be utilized. The pro plan is a bit more per user, per month than others in the market but with the added features, ease of use and overall speed of the software I'll keep it installed and recommend others give it a try as well.
