This was a company I had got ahold of recently to learn what differentiates their service from others and whether we should choose them for our forthcoming integrated marketing campaign with search engine optimization at the core. They offered their pricing on the site which is nice change of pace, though SEO is typically quite tailored in terms of projects so I contacted them to know more about how current and specialized their level of knowledge was, and whether or not they guaranteed their work. This company was not listed or accredited in the Better Business Bureau which to me is the clearest possible indicator of trust in my opinion. There was a lack of testimonials from clients as well as case studies with verifiable proven client successes. There was a lack of testimonials on their site and it was a challenge to find positive reviews elsewhere based on their generic company name. Based on their fair pricing and respectable SEO score I was confident enough to reach out and learn more from a representative directly. They offered virtual assistant services as well as web design services and the pricing for these was very reasonable as well which I was interested in. Unfortunately I don't believe there was a response to my request for more information. If they called and I deleted this voicemail by mistake which happened around this time when learning my new smartphone then I apologize but there was nothing to be found in my email inbox at all. Overall, there were nothing misleading or major red flags at all in this regard but with the lack of proof of client successes and transparency overall with no response at all from them it makes it difficult to recommend this company currently.
