What was the best part about using Benedict Group, Inc. - Loan Servicing Software?

BGI’s staff has consistently focused on developing strong working relationships with their clients. We have enjoyed a highly productive collaborative relationship for nealy 20 years. We feel we are a valued customer in their eyes and are free to offer ideas for improving the system. Those ideas are met with an open mind and in many cases we work together to develop a workable solution. This has kept the system fresh relative to our needs and given us tremendous leverage for both our initial investment and the ongoing pay as you go maintenance dollars.

As you know, we are a very satisfied customer…if it is not broke, don’t fix it

YES…If that potential client is looking for a focused solution which is supported by knowledgable experts, there is no better solution out there. I would add that the client should be prepared to enter into a partnership of sorts with the vendor – collaboration is the key to evolving the system over time to meet the changing business requirements we all end up facing. Finally, the pricing is very fair and the maintenance model based on a pay as you go practice is the best in the business. Great product, great people, great support…what else can one ask for.
