What was the best part about using Basware?

Basware is cloud based software which is very easy to use. There is no such training is required to step up. It manages the expenses of my business and control the cost cutting. It saves a lot of time and money too. With the help of this software, we can easily convert fixed cost into the variable cost. The user can easily send approvals or conversations within the business. The tracking feature is also great as it tracks the request and tell us the status of approval even. It is best for the small and medium type of organization.

What would you change about your experience with Basware?

The speed of the software is too slow when numbers of users using it within the organization. The response for the approval or rejection status is too late even. But it is not user-friendly. I think the features should be advanced so that large type of organization can also take benefit of it. It would be great if they provide the new user a free trial version so that they can see the working of the software before going to buy it.The customer care team is highly professional one but they reply so late of any query.

Overall Feedback

The Basware software tracks the information so that user can know exactly what the current status of the request is whether it is rejected or accepted. It helps to provide strategic planning for an organization. This software helps us to provide the motivated methods to deal with the customers. It manages to control the expenses of the business and achieve the goals in less time. The free trial version is not there on the site. Otherwise, the Basware software is best for the small type of organization to achieve their targets.
