I had heard about how good this software works in the procurement industry. I decided to go for it when I began my procurement business. It delivered the best results.Since then I have never wanted to have any other procurement software.Basware is simply the best. This software has worked miracles for me. In a period of one year, my business was stable and the profits were just amazing. I was able to compare my one year business with that of some of my friends who had their businesses for over three years but using other procurement software.They had to join me in using Basware. This software has a very easy setup and an intuitive user interface. It was very easy to use due its friendly user interface. I found all the features I needed. They were not complicated too. What I liked most about this software is how it helped me in processing of invoices and approvals. The customer support service is available all the time and very reliable. I could simply make a phone call and get help immediately on any feature I didn’t understand.

I have not experienced issues using this software. It has all that I needed and has worked best for me. Nevertheless, I would like the company to add a suggestion section where those who find it lacking some features they need may be able to suggest to them. The software works well and the customer service was very helpful to me.
