What was the best part about using Basecamp?
I like Basecamp software from the day I have start using it. I like all the features of Basecamp it hard to name few, still I would like to share my experience. I like to work with my clients on Basecamp. It is very easy to distinct what you have received from client and what you have sent to them. Client get email notification and they can directly reply to your stuff by replying email. so no need to ask them to be available on Basecamp. notifications, group-chats with emoticon support, pings, reports are other few features which I like most.
What would you change about your experience with Basecamp?
Basecamp offers many features compare to other project management tools. If you are intent to handle small scale projects, you might get confused with so many features available on Basecamp and most of them will not be useful for you at small scale. though all the features are easy to use but there are people who dont want more features, they want only those what are useful for their projects. I feel that free trial is best until it meet your requirements.

Basecamp is a web-based project-management tool. easily manage your projects on Basecamp. you can manage to-do lists, file sharing, messaging, milestone management, time tracking, and text documents. Basecamp classic mobile app is also available on google play store and iTunes store. Basicamp classic interface is available in multiple languages. Basecamp 3 enterprice version starts at $3000/year which is bit extra costing. I think for new start ups, basecamp basic features will do. I have started working on basecamp in year 2015, and so far I found it very easy to use, amazing tool.
