It is easy to use and understand. The list can be manually sorted and arranged to suit one's preference - alphabetical, chronological, etc. You can have multiple projects running and assign who can contribute to progress notes on the project. The notifications can customized to real time or every few hours, which is also helpful. It also integrates with Gmail.

Project set up structures are not intuitive and it can be really hard to find the files that you need. Navigation in general is a challenge. This may just be reflective of how we have set up our structure, but then that means that it is not intuitive to set up in a clean way.

Base camp is a great way to keep a project moving internally and show live edits between colleagues. It didn't quite work for our needs as we tend to have multiple projects in various stages, and a colour coding system didn't seem to be available while we were implementing use.
