Basecamp

The new version gives me a lot of new features with the best collaboration while I am converting on my emails.The best thing I like about Basecamp is it now has the ability to search by the keywords as sometimes it's needed a lot when you are in a hurry.

I must say that we have had problems with the old version, however, the new version is still quite improved but sometimes while in the process of searching one peculiar conversation, there are still problems as it takes a lot of time to get the proper results hence there are still some more improvements needed in it.

We have found Basecamp Email management system very good to use and much more helpful for the organisation as in today’s competitive marketplace you have to be very quick in your response while conversating via emails and also you need to be to the point and specific as well. We have found that we have been able to save a lot of our time since we have started using Basecamp and have improved a lot in the errors which we were making earlier without it. As all businesses require cloud technology that is flexible environment to work , which we have been able to give to our employees We highly recommend Basecamp to all the organisation whose conversation with clients completely depends on email.
