What was the best part about using BambooHR?

BambooHR is the friendliest HR management softwares I have encountered. I love it’s reporting capabilities and announcement dashboard – birthdays and anniversarys – the reminder helps us to stay connected to the employees and have a more personal touch. It’s visually appealing software and also extremely stable, no crashing has occured when I have used it. Moreover, you can request the customization of sections and fields. It’s functionality will definitely mesmerize you!

What would you change about your experience with BambooHR?

As wonderful as BambooHR is, I can’t go around the fact there are some areas where it could be developed further, before it can be said with full certainty it is perfect. The main things that made me tick where that you are unable to track training weekly or bi-weekly, you can’t delete data massively (that can become very annoying) and also you can’t create your own questions for Performance Management system. It depends on everyone’s particular needs but I’d say these are the key factors that are a downer for this program.

Overall Feedback

I personally find as good as BambooHR is, it could still be developed a little further for it’s features. However, for a small or medium-sized business I couldn’t imagine a more well functioning HR management program than this. It adds a great personal touch so you could stay connected to your employees and it’s thorough reporting choices are a tremendous help for any team. I definitely recommend this program – give it a try and you most certainly won’t be sorry!
