What was the best part about using BambooHR?

BambooHR provides a platform in which all important documents can be sent, uploaded, signed, and stored. The tracking of signed paper forms is always a good thing to have on a platform like this. If you have the money for an easy-to-use, adaptable, and a decent piece of software for the HR department, then BambooHR is something you'll surely adore!

What would you change about your experience with BambooHR?

The user interface is kind of difficult, because it's just not as easy to use as most competing platforms. I just wish it was a bit easier to see a calendar view of every employee and when they go off for a given period of time. Also, I find the prices to be quite expensive, and that's not a pleasant thing for small businesses. Other than those two things, I think BambooHR is quite good and usable.

Overall Feedback

I can honestly say that as a company, BambooHR offers quite a powerful piece of software that is very good for manipulating with the HR department, but their services are a bit too expensive. I saw what they have in offer, and I have to admit that their services are absolutely satisfactory. It's just a shame that the prices are way out of my budget, but the short time period I spent in using this platform was quite good!
