BambooHR can become the backbone of your entire business processes with a single sign on available to ensure security and facilitate trust in stakeholders. It's great to be able to include payroll, create reports and also maintain an index of your current job openings. The customization options are nice too so you can set everything up to reflect your brand and mission. This software can save you from literally having to chase another piece of paper again. Or greatly limit this in a way that may seem like day and night. The ability to get signatures and link to payroll, time and attendance, benefits, talent and recruiting and much more serve you incredibly well at a price that should provide a really nice return on investment. Not merely in financial terms but in terms facilitating better sustainability with both your financial and social return on investments.

There is still manual work required so do not expect this solution to remove work altogether. Though in the sense that your miscommunication and lost energy searching for or organizing paperwork are minimized you will improve your efficiency with one central file storage system based online. I've heard of instances where more advanced head count reports or tiered notifications and approvals would be useful and I think those are very good feature ideas. The app should have the exact same functionality as your software preferably.
