B2Interactive was a digital marketing, search engine optimization and web design company which I had contacted in regards to our forthcoming SEO project to learn why they are a top rated company, and what differentiates them from their peers. Specifically in terms of their presales strategy including overall value and a number of other criteria such as whether or not they guarantee their work, their current level of knowledge, responsiveness, pricing and more. They had a very professional technology stack, web design and branding which speaks to their committment to their business and ability to evolve and stay current which I appreciate now having considered several of their competition as well for our business. I like that they mention having over fifty full time staff this would mean they are probably good at what they do having grown from a start up in into this size. Their SEO Woorank of eight one was higher than the average of about seventy five during my research indicating that they lead by example which I was appreciated. And they list a nice list of clients some of which with recognizable brands which was good to see.

This company is not currently accredited by the Better Business Bureau which would immediately facilitate more trust in my opinion. I am much more inclined to be open to offers by companies which are listed in the BBB in my opinion. Even with a complaint or two as long as they are resolved it's like they never happened in my opinion. And it would be great to see case studies for their successful client marketing campaigns with performance to add credibility as well.

This company appears to have a lot going for it with a large staff, modern branding and design and lots of clients. Though their presales strategy in terms of creating undeniable value and trust by their presence online are somewhat lacking compared to their competition in my opinion. Their are not any testimonials from clients on their site that I saw. Nor any case studies with client successes featuring verifiable metrics. They are not acreddited in the BBB and don't appear to guarantee their work. Nonetheless I had contacted them to learn more but unfortunately I don't believe that I heard back from them. Unless they were one of the three voicemails I mistakenly deleted around this time as I was learning my new smartphone and if so I apologize. However after manually searching my email for the week after contacting them via their online submit form there was no response, and I believe an email and phone call would help them in any case, in my opinion. To be fair there were no red flags to report about this company and I believe they are worth getting in touch to learn more as to whether they're the best fit to help grow your company.
