That it organizes our data and scheduling pretty well. That you can switch between viewing the schedule for one day or many at a time. That you can customize fields yourself - that is a big plus.

I have yet to get any actual help for any issues I've had - to the point where I've stopped asking. It would be very helpful if you could get someone to actually walk a person through things when they need help instead of saying, to every query, 'read this section online' - even after I've read it and am still having problems. I cannot figure out how to get it to notify me when jobs are due for scheduling and I've been on it a year now, so I don't feel like we're getting our money's worth from it since that is one of the main reasons we got the program. I'm currently having to work between this program and an excel spreadsheet because I just can't get this program to do it for me. The other problem I have is sometimes when I go to schedule something it won't find the business I'm looking to book - even when I copy paste exactly what the business is called in the Clients tab or scroll through things starting with the same letter. It just (only occasionally) isn't there. I then have to go delete it from the Clients tab and re-enter everything, except that it won't always let you delete it even when it isn't tied to anything else - I understand it can't when it's tied to something else (like a calendar entry), but sometimes it isn't and i still won't delete. So I'm pretty frustrated.

I hate to be negative but I just can't say much good about a program I can't get tech support for. It's hard to know what the actual functionality is. I use it every day and it's by no means a terrible program but it's SO frustrating to know there's probably a better way to use it and I can't figure that out.
