Axosoft

Axosoft has many features which are of help to my organization. I like it because it has the web version and the windows version. This software can be used in various devices. It is very affordable for me and the user interface is very flexible. I did not have any challenges when installing it.

I was so happy because I could use the web-version and the windows version. But I felt frustrated when I realized that the web version lacks some features. Its performance is so low compared to the windows version. They should look at this issue so that people are able to benefit from both versions.

I use Axosoft for management issues. It tracks defects and all issues that affect my business right on time. It also supports tickets and helps me know deadlines, which saves me time and enables me to avoid getting late. I like the fact that it works so well with salesforce. Axosoft is easy to use and great at bug tracking.
