This company has problems with the U.S. Better Business Bureau (BBB)--NOT RELIABLE, NOT HONEST, VERY RUDE STAFF. I purchased anti-virus security for my personal computer which eventually got disabled by BBB because of problems. The staff I spoke with are all from INDIA.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY--they wanted me to log onto my BANK ACCOUNT ONLINE while they had access to my computer so that they can issue a refund and give a new security license????????? HARRY, "Billing Manager" was so RUDE and practically SCREAMING AT ME!!! MATT, another staff, wasn't helpful. WORST OF ALL, Manager, LEO WALKER, said, the following: "I'm wasting his time" "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, A CELEBRITY? and.... are you ready-- "GO TO HELL" over and over again! ????????

I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! NO WONDER, the Better Business Bureau cancelled the security license. They should have sent me a refund check--not open my bank account--while they had access to my computer! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THE MANAGER, LEO WALKER, was ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND ARROGANT! RESEARCH ANY COMPANY FULLY BEFORE GIVING YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. PERIOD.
