What was the best part about using Autom8 Group?

By far the greatest aspect of the dialer lies in how it was designed. It was designed with the sales process in mind. We’re able to view our leads, view our accounts, and manage how everything is operating. It keeps the sales team active and ensures that we are meeting our goals.

What would you change about your experience with Autom8 Group?

I cannot really come up with anything negative to say about it personally since, while I do use it, I am not as involved as the rest of the sales team. When I tried to ask them about what I could put in the review, I was essentially told if we were to ever switch from it, there would be a mutiny. I am really grateful for Autom8.

Overall Feedback

As a team we have spent the last two years focusing on how we can make our sales process more efficient and fluid to convert leads and sales prospects into paying customers. We started out as just a small team with excel spreadsheets making our calls from both cell phones and desk phones and have eventually come to use Autom8’s dialer as a means of keeping our company growing. We’re now at the point where the entire workflow is managed through the dialer. It makes things a lot easier for our sales team and has decreased the time involvement on each individual lead.
