Auric Prospector

The inteface is really user friendly and the mobile and offline versions works perfectly. Also AURIC has some ERP modules at no extra cost. AURIC offers enough storage to keep all the information available for all the sales team. The proce / performance rate is better versus another CRMs like Salesforce. I think the best feature about AUIC is the custom pages and fields, so I was able to customize AUIC in just one week (very easy).

There is not really anything bad about AURIC. Maybe the marketing module can be improved, but at this time it works fine if you have an external company that send the e-mail campaignes. Some dasboards at the on-line version also could be improved adding more filters or maybe a design module for doing my own dashboards.

Great CRM, with a lot of features. The Basic license includes the mobile app and almost all the features that are "premium" in other CRMs, so AURIC is a very good option for small and medium companies seeking for a reliable and easy to use CRM. Custom fields and pages are very easy to set up. The support is excellent also.
