Athena is my all -time business problem solver. I enjoyed the services of the file backup restore system. You are able to restore files to different customers anytime. Their customer care is the best. They are skilled and knowledgeable and will help you in tackling your problems. They offer training too which helps you understand the product well. This makes it user friendly.

I have not much to discuss here. They have not upgraded version 11 of the app hence it still is unable to take snapshots. However, the staff members promised that it will be incorporated in the later version. It was difficult to restore emails from full exchange store backup. Another thing is that you have to buy support credits when you run out of them in order to get assistance.

Generally, Athena Archiver helps you restore your back up files. It is not always cheap to restore your files. Athena is less expensive so anyone can use it in their companies. You should ask for a demo or trial of the product before using it to ascertain whether it will be of help to you.
