What was the best part about using Atera?

Atera is a complete and fully featured All-in-One IT management software. Atera has made great efforts to make its platform easy to use and to learn. Atera is featuring a sleek and a properly designed user-interface. Atera IT management software is offered at competitive prices. Atera is able to work on different platforms including Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

What would you change about your experience with Atera?

Atera is armed with an advanced ticket system to make communication between team members easier and more organized. Atera has a limited and a week remote access capability. Despite that Atera's GUI is awesome but it can be sometimes tricky to find some options. Atera platform is working properly without glitches and issues. Atera is a secure platform and a stable one.

Overall Feedback

Atera has made a great work by including a customer relationship management add-on. Atera is delivered with a dedicated help desk to ensure that users are always in touch with the technical support. I highly recommend Atera IT management software for its ease of use, capabilities, and price. Many IT industry insiders are amazed on how Atera has changed the game of RMM PSA market by including an all-in-one IT solution.
