What was the best part about using Atera?

The best part about Atera is that the software allows users to complete work with speed. The program has all-in-one SaaS based software for Managed Service professionals. In addition, Atera makes dealing with the program easy. No long contracts or challenging payment methods. When users want to use the program a payment per server is made> This gives an unlimited amount for servers to the user.

What would you change about your experience with Atera?

The worst part about using Atera is that there is no Apple Mac management provided. Many people, including myself, are apple users and not having a program for mac users is a huge downfall. Also, the mobile platform does not have all the features the desktop version allows. This can be frustrating is users need to do something they normally do on a desktop when they are on the go and they cannot because the mobile application is limited.

Overall Feedback

Overall, Atera is a fantastic IT Management software. Once a payment is made unlimited access is provided. Also, a free trial is given. This is an excellent way for users to get an idea of how the software works and they can acknowledge if the program is a good fit for the company.
