Atera

-From my experience, it has been pretty easy access to get feature requests to the development team. They are really excited about improving their product. -PowerShell scripting functionality was added with a recent update, which is great. -The pricing model works really well for small shops. I only have two technicians right now. It's nice to be able to just roll it out to all of your endpoints without having to worry about the price getting out of control. -New features have come out at a pretty good pace so far. I've seen two major updates since I starting using the product late last year.

-The remote access/screen sharing via VNC has been a unstable in my experience. I always seem to have trouble with sending a Ctrl-Alt-Del to the remote host. -Interface looks great, but I have trouble sorting through and seeing devices since it's not in a proper grid format. It would be nice to have a bit more customization in viewing your device list. -There is a several minute delay between a device coming online and showing as online in Atera.

I've been using Atera lightly for the past 6 months. It has performed well for what I am using it for: monitoring, basic inventory and light scripting. It's pretty lightweight right now. Some features that are pretty standing in other RMMs are missing, but I have been and will be using the product with the understanding that more features will be coming in the future -- it definitely feels young, but I'm interested in how the product will improve over time.
