One of the most significant issues we encountered was the overall complexity of the configuration that is head-spinning as well as the overall backend reporting system isn’t very user-friendly. To top that complexity wise, the Model Release forms aren’t that easy either and can be difficult to manage around with. The most surprising factor we faced was the extra cost needed for some add-ons, though at times they are extremely necessary in order to get the fullest of your system.
