This software is reliable, simple and easy to use. The interface has a clear way and not very cluttered. The feature that I liked is I can allow delegating tasks across the developers and testers. Also I can trace where my developers are standing on their tasks, this deep integration allows for an overall better experience. Also I like the ability to populate and update tickets.

This software is somewhat easy to use, but this is a pro tool and some of the organization and design can make it difficult to navigate. And sometimes confusing if you are not an everyday user it's not so easy to find something. It needs to be more users friendly.

This software is robust, flexible and reliable when it comes to managing projects. It also can adapt to quick changes. The ability to create custom filtered views is great, because it let me see the projects future that I need to change or to maintain. The reporting is great and can easily to share projects to others.
