Better communication process Phone set up at office Training manual is no good Lost my wire for a while and put me off first because of the "wire" then my contact was supposedly in hospital. Problem with this is you'd think be a little more understanding about refunding at least some of the wire. Refused to do so. These folks are crooks!!! Run run run
