Asana

My favorite feature is a combo of two - I love using tags and then adding the tag to my quick links. I tend to do a large batch of the same task at the same time, so I'll put emails I need to write / respond to into Asana and then tag them with 'email', and then just go down the list and complete. I do the same thing with meetings I need to schedule. I also use tags to flag & find certain types of content, like a review of a book or a movie as different from the rest of the content I might be writing.

I require an export on a weekly basis of the tasks and sub tasks I complete. The export comes through with sub tasks separated from tasks and also doesn't include any comments which is a major downfall when I'm using it to report to a client who isn't using the product. The new colours and interface can make it a little hard to tell if the "tick" has registered when you have completed a task.

It's much easier to stay organized with the thousand little tasks I have to do every day. Being able to just tag a task as a certain type of action allows to keep track of it and power down through a list of things that I need to complete in one fell swoop. I forget things far less, and I find myself much more focused on the tasks at hand.
