Asana

Asana makes it easy to take care off all of my tasks in one tool. Providing showcasing and allocating tasks couldn't be made easier, and everyone is given the ability to add notes and upload documents without having to fiddle with additional tools or programs. Asana is capable of getting the job done. It minimized confusion and unnecessary questions, as everyone involved could see what was going on as it happened. The program made it possible to schedule activities ahead of time as well, so that everyone could stay on task and get everything completed on time.

The one problem with Asana is that different activities can be shown by themselves. The schedule makes it difficult to coordinate these separately, which can make it a little difficult for each individual person to know what they should be doing. It's good that everyone can be on board about what's going on when and what they should be planning for in the meantime, but allocating so many tasks can make it easy for people to forget what they should be working on. Perhaps making it a desktop application for PCs would also improve the functionality of the tools and make it easier to take with you wherever you go.

Notes and updates can be tracked at all times and are made mobile for whenever they are needed. This makes it easy to stay on task and minimize the time being wasted on constantly checking the schedule. Activities can be arranged through the simple tool when certain tasks are ahead of schedule or lagging behind, so planning is always optimized. Steps are also kept track of so that they're easy to cross off and the next one can be undertaken.
