What was the best part about using Asana?
Asana allows my team to share, plan, organize, and track the progress of the tasks that each member is working on. The multiple workspace gives us a place to organize multiple teams, projects and tasks and to stay well-informed of progress without the need for back-and-forth email threads. The collaborative engine is incredibly helpful, and allows my boss, my teammates, and my friends to all sync up with me, and helps me organize my entire life simply. If you need to collaborate with many different groups in many different aspects, use Asana.
What would you change about your experience with Asana?
The only thing that I can say here is that they need to manage the tasks and subtasks system a little bit better. For example, they could show subtasks as indented under parent tasks when you are looking at the full task list. And of course, when I used Astana for the first time it seemed hard but after a while I got used it and now is ok.

Overall Asana is a task and project management solution that facilitates team association and communication. Use Asana to create projects, and then to create tasks within these projects. Add your teammates to tasks and projects, add them as task followers, share projects with them or mention them in task comments to keep everyone in the circle.
