Recently left Aryson and would like to share my experience. The best part, working with this form is that... it acts like a startup but not a startup. Reaching and making communication with the top notch guys is very easy. If you want to share some thoughts or need some encouragement, they are always there for you. You will have no idea, when the founder would sit next to you and start cracking jokes. Even the team with whom I was working was amazing... everyone was ready to talk, chit-chat and share their part of daily stories. Pressure was always there...but with that a pinch of recreation was there too.

Can't share any such negative as haven't seen any such thing. yes, there are some colleagues who joined and left.. but trust me, it was their fault. You can't judge a company whether it is good or bad, in just 2 days.

What to say... I learned a lot from my team and the company. I joined as a trainee and get promoted as a team leader just under a year. Note: Yes, I was one of the good performers And if you do good in your work...trust me, hike would be knocking your doors
