What was the best part about using ARMS?
Have you seen any jewelry store management program that keeps you noted which item is fast-selling, and keeps you aware that you should restock that certain item because, like I've said, it's fast-selling? I bet you haven't. Well, now you will. Because ARMS has that feature like it's the future. Contrast to that, ARMS also notifies you which item sells the lowest, so you won't spend dollars on re-stocking items that don't even benefit you.
What would you change about your experience with ARMS?
No software is perfect, so this shall have a flaw, even when you thought it's perfect. Well, I'll proudly say that it's not going to be a problem at all if the only flaw I found is that it's too complex to learn it easily. Although it has an interface that is user-friendly, but there are still other features that you do not know that's there until you spend a little time searching.

With ARMS, you can say that you never worked with a software that is more in-tune with your needs. The response time of the tech support is amazing, they were immediate and understanding with any problem they encountered. Additional to all the overwhelming features ARMS has, the Customer system also allows you to keep in touch with your VIP customers, so you keep them coming back. There's nothing else to look for when you have ARMS with you.
