If the specific feature is related to an integration with another system, we do offer an API and we work with partners that can help. As for Arena PLM, it is a platform ready to use by our customers after some configuration based on the type of product they develop. We do not offer special customizations that would require coding since all our customers are using the same platform (Arena PLM is cloud-based). That being said, we gather enhancement requests from our customers and try to include them into our major product releases. Many of the recent releases included customer suggested features.
