What was the best part about dealing with Area?

I do not like leaving Bad Reviews, but I felt I must. I don't have to much good to say about these guys. I'm sorry - but to narrow it down is hard - so nothing great to say here. Sorry

What would you change about your experience with Area?

There's a thing called customer service which this company seems to know nothing about. How they are so high on this list makes me question your algorithm. This company is awful, I'm sorry; I do not like doing this sort of thing --- but my experience was very very very bad. They made me feel like a complete idiot and very small. Thats not how a customer should feel - but thats just my opinion

If I knew now what I knew then - I would have never contacted these guys....just a poorly managed company with clueless staff.
