ArchiOffice is created to serve architects. For that reason it is made by architect. They best understand how we manage projects, budget, time and invoice. Price is reasonable according to struggles many architectural firms have experienced 2008 until now. The feature I like and use is integration with Quickbooks. It is really reliable and I depend on it. Layout is simple and interfacing with the other users is efficient and useful. All you need at first is web server because it is web application. The frequent webinars, the telephone, e-mail and remote support are all together precious for end-user like me.

Versions of ArchiOffice were required technical support because of some weak points. There are some difficulties on how the whole document integration process works. For example, I can’t input content into a certain field. The newest version appears much more consistent, but not most intuitive. One of drawbacks is that it never worked with Quickbooks although it has been expected to. In addition it didn’t get custom reports – pretty hard to accept that I can work just in default templates. I’ve made a complaint to support and my issue was solved. Even dough, I’ve spent so many hours on correcting. I must also propound I’ve lost a lot of data from history long 4 years.

ArchiOffice offers numerous tools. I don't use all of them. I rely on the customer support and the easy creation of invoices more than anything. ArchiOffice is worth the purchase price, especially in comparison to other similar solution on market. Customer support is quick in respond but not very professional to provide help and fix all I need. I consider ArchiOffice good enough for a small design office. I think it sounded as a good idea, but application didn’t implement very well.
