not sure. I'm trying to say something nice but I have yet to see the new condo I purchased because the walkthrough dates keep getting pushed back and back.

Customer care department is terrible. Their lack of communication is horrible. They would arrange a date for a walkthrough and not tell you the time. On the day of the arrangement they go radio silent and after my Realtors hounding them on the phone all day, finally, learn the walkthrough is canceled.

Pre-construction delays are pretty common these days. I don't even hold a grudge about my condo being delayed by almost a year than originally advertised but when the customer care department ignores your emails and phone calls on the day the walkthrough was set and they don't tell you it's been canceled until the day of, it's either incompetence or a blatant disrespect for the clients time. Either or, buyers or realtors representing buyers looking to buy at Aquili Development, be prepared for a headache when it comes close to Closing cause they have the worst Customer Service Department ever.
