If I knew how they would think I was an open checkbook to keep their company alive , I would have never done business with them.

We unfortunately hired Appsoft Development to develop a state-of-the-art social community for our company. At first, we thought Appsoft was the perfect company for our project but learned later that they totally misled us into believing that they were working on our project when they were not. One year into the project and tens of thousands of dollars invested, we had to go to a "proof of work" for payment to show they were actually working. Former employees informed us that John Widdows, the owner of Appsoft, would scramble to get things done at the last second completely misleading us for payment when work was not actually done putting us a year behind the timeline that was promised. One afternoon we received a call from an investor saying that someone from India was making claim that he built and developed our project. We found this information online and when we asked Appsoft about it, they denied, but a someone removed it within five minutes from us contacting and complaining to Appsoft. Our company called the India firm and they said that Appsoft hired them to build our project. Not only did Appsoft blatantly lie to us, but also breached our agreement that specifically said they could not sub out any of the work without our permission. Appsoft also breached our NDA of confidentially. By VIOLATING the agreement, they put in jeopardy our entire project and company. After many lies and denials, they finally admitted to the breach stating they were overwhelmed and needed help. After they finally delivered the disaster of a website, much of it incomplete and broken, we went months and months trying to repair their incompetent mess with another developer who finally got so frustrated he recommended we trash the site and start over. Meeting after meeting and endless calls went on deaf ears to repair their negligence. We have requested a refund but the owner completely ignores our requests. Do not believe anything Appsoft says or promises. They will totally mislead you and take your hard earned money.
