APERIO

APERIO is a tool for professionals – that’s the feel you will get while using it. It’s applicant tracking system and branded job posting to great variety of social media outlets and job boards is not only working well, but produces great results that benefit the company! It takes our HR department a big lift from their shoulders and as it’s very easy to use, there is not one single person in our team who has had problem with using it. Even if there is an issue, APERIO’s wonderful customer support is there always.

Even though APERIO has amazing abilities for taking the excess workload of your shoulders, there are a couple of features I wish they had. It doesn’t have self-service option, you can’t check references, there isn’t management feature for interviews and as both me and my HR team are on-the-go all the time, we miss the fact it doesn’t support mobile devices. If there would be some development for those areas, I think it would be a keeper!

APERIO is a great assistant for your HR team and I dare everyone to give it a try – you’ll see yourself how much easier it will make your applicant management. Of course it lacks in some departments but in the end, is it even possible to have ALL the features? It’s not a major setback and therefore, I consider it to be a great tool.
