What was the best part about using Apache Syncope?

The main strengths of Apache Syncope are the usability, reliability and scalability. It provides all the needed features requested to an IdM solution, provides a user friendly administration web console. Recently a powerful CLI has been included. The Java client library to interact with the RESTful interface is fully completed and very simple to be used. The set of available external resource connectors are quite enough.

What would you change about your experience with Apache Syncope?

Probably the worst part about dealing with Apache Syncope is the poor documentation available online. BTW, although a big effort is in place to improve the documentation, the free support provided by the community through the users ML is really useful. If it wouldn't be enough, very good enterprise support is available on the market.
