Apache Syncope

Working on Apache Syncope open Source project drives you towards a different way of thinking your work. Thinking that you work is "shown" to all world people (developers) is motivating. Moreover is amazing to work on a more and more wide-sperading project. IDM may be considered a niche sector, but seems that (almost) everyone (company I mean) needs and IDM nowadays :) Apache Syncope is a project with strongs basis and wich future is planned and (about me) bright: these are the among the best assumptions for a developer.

Working on an Open source project is also a resposibility, your work is open to everyone, so you have to be very careful when you develop something. Maybe you have not the possibility to know all developing team because is spread all around the world. But this can be viewed also as a strong point.

With 2.0.0 version feature set will increase considerably. Apache Syncope is a project with strongs basis and wich future is planned and (about me) bright: these are the among the best assumptions for a developer.
