What was the best part about using Apache Syncope?

Account, compliance, password and role management has never been easier than with Apache! It’s secure operations, efficient data synchronization, cloud service and easy usage are something to consider when you are looking for a well-functioning, feature-packed IAM solution – in that case, this is the software for you! Also, there are no license fees – what could be better!

What would you change about your experience with Apache Syncope?

For me, the worst part (though I must emphasize there are NOT many of those), is the fact it doesn’t come with mobile version. As I am constantly moving around, it would be a crucial addition that I truly hope they add soon! Also, customer service is only available during business hours which makes it a little difficult as they are in a very different time-zone ...

Overall Feedback

Apache is a wonderful, professional tool that’s not overly complex but has everything you need. For it’s affordable nature I am more than sure it could greatly help any small time business owner. Though it doesn’t come with a mobile version, I hope it gets developed soon so it would have even more usability – using it across devices is the only downside in my opinion!
