This is a solid choice for our backup communication tool featuring video and web conferencing, conference calls as well as webinars. I like that there are multiple platforms available as well as integration with Google. You can customize your phone number and URL. Participants do not have to download anything. You can enable scheduled and recurring meetings. You can start instant meetings with a start now option and you can download reports from your meetings. The software is easy to download and intuitive to use. The dashboard is clean looking and very fast loading. It integrates with Facebook and Twitter. The free version allows you to host meeting with up to four people with basic features. The Pro version includes the ability to record your screen and audio and they host the recordings so that's great added value. You also have a content library in which you can add powerpoint and PDF file presentations or pitch decks. There is a poll feature as well. And if you use Outlook you can integrate your account and launch meetings from a link provided through email. The Pro version also integrates with Zapier if you use their API which is great as there are hundreds more third party services possible to interconnect from the software.

I don't believe you can switch presenters which is a definite drawback in certain situations. And I don't think you can take notes or annotate either. One of their competition I recently discovered does provide more value in their free forever plan and allows you to record screenshots and video, use a whiteboard for notes and annotation as well as host up to ten people.

There is very little to dislike about this software in my opinion. The biggest drawback is not being able to switch presenters which is helpful during sales based webinars with joint venture partners. The ability to customize your URL in all of their plans including the free version is great. This is certainly the most straight forward and user friendly communication software I have used and I'm glad to have it as a backup to our primary video conferencing software as a service.
