The service these guys provide is something I really enjoyed. If you're an internet marketer who uses call tracking to measure the ROI of your online marketing campaigns, you will absolutely love working with ACT. Their system and the platform running it does everything you can imagine, including call recording and being a virtual PBX. Also, their software gets constant updates, so I guess they do their best to keep things tidy.

I think they're absolutely ok as a company - they don't scam people, they don't provide bad software, but once you look at the whole picture, you can see that they're a bit worse than the most popular companies. I don't know why, but I guess those competing companies probably paid more to be shown first on search engines.

Other than the things mentioned above, I also like their smartphone application. With it, you can contact clients from your smartphone easier than ever and have the call flow through your Twilio number instead of your cell phone. But to be honest, you can easily find better alternatives that are just more popular than ACT. Still, I like their pricing, as it's completely decent.
