Ambition

Its API Integration let new users to set up performance scoring, sales contests and leaderboards direct from their website. I like it! Because its really fun to compete with my co-workers and who will win at the end of the months, it make me have an ambition to get. That is Ambition.

Ambition have a limited customizing tools, I like the software that have many custom functions and formulas to make a simple yet elegant layouts, unfortunately Ambitions is lacking with that kind of tools. Hoped they add soon. They also need to improved the contacts of their products. I see the developers is working hard to improved this software because of their updates.

Because of Ambition my co-workers working hard to get what they want to be the best employee of the month, it has a real time tracker so we can see in the overview who’s the leading employees so we can make changes to keep pacing with them. Ambition is great for the one who is looking for a gamification & motivation tool.
