Ambition

Ambition gives us the ability to capture all of the various metrics we want to measure for our employees. But it's much deeper than that. Ambition gives us the data immediately and in a format that's visible to every member of our team. We can even output this data onto a large monitor in the office so we can see our leaderboard at a glance. Good Job.

Did not like the way to breakdown the different metrics. Did not like how loud the volume had to be on the TV for peoples theme songs. We had to turn it off because it distracted people in the office. Hoping for more improvements and additional tools and features to be added.

I like the fact that we can see our sales tracked daily in real time. This leads our sales team to battle day in and day out for an opportunity to crush the competition. I am a part of one of the most aggressive sales forces in the country, and we have doubled in growth for the last few years.
