The Alma Connect was designed to effectively manage and offer customized alumni networks. This software comes with a tracking algorithm that runs across multiple social media platforms, automated to find and invite alumni of institutes to sign up on the portals. This also helps to keep profile information of alumni up to date in a central database. It is best suited for colleges, universities and schools.

This software is relatively budget friendly but I usually advice that first time users who are interested in deployment should first decide what their needs are from the functions and features before going live. It doesn’t make sense to have more than what you need and still have cost as high as users who require all that the software offers. Training is very vital.

This software comes with a free trial version and can be deployed through the cloud, as a SaaS or web based solution. Alma Connect also offers training support through live online sessions and has some great features checklist to offer superb functionalities like fundraising / mailing list management, payment processing, member portal jobs board, event management, member community etc.
